We recommend replacing the filter every 2–4 weeks depending on usage and the number of pets. Multi-pet households should replace more frequently. Always rinse the new filter before use for best results. Our 12+12 filter pack provides a full 6–12 months of supply.

Clean the pump at least once a week. Disassemble, rinse all parts with clean water, and wipe the interior. Plastic parts are dishwasher-safe (top rack). Avoid harsh detergents. The stainless steel water level window should not be placed in a sterilizer.
